The Legislative Committee exists to educate Chamber members on public policy issues, assist Chamber Board in developing positions on policy issues, advocate for business concerns with state and local officials, coordinate regional policy events with the Minnesota Chamber, and host community events to meet with policy makers and candidates.
- Work with local legislators, MN Chamber & US Chamber to develop policies that are for the best interest of Marshall Area Businesses
- Host town hall meetings
- Host City Council, County Commissioners and School Board State Legislative Debate
- Provide guidance on public policy issues
