About Marshall Area Young Professionals

What are the goals of the program?
1. Engage community members where opportunities to network at various venues with in the Marshall Area.
2. Provide opportunities for members to give back to the community.
3. To create learning and development opportunities for future leaders.

When is the event?
The Marshall Area Young Professionals meet on the third Tuesday of every month. If the event needs to be postponed for any reason, we will send out a notice as soon as possible followed by the rescheduled date.

Who can attend?
Chamber members are allowed to attend these events. Not a Chamber member? Find out more on how to join here.

What does it cost?
Each event costs $15 for Chamber members or the member can do an annual membership for $125. Contact us if you wish to become an annual member of Young Professionals!

What does the cost include?
The cost includes lunch, a presentation and/or hands-on activity and networking!

What's for lunch?
The lunch provided for each event varies. We cater lunch from a different restaurant that's a current Chamber member each month! Please let us know ahead of the event if you have any dietary restrictions (i.e. gluten free, vegetarian).

Where's the event held?
The location of the event will vary each month - we always use a Chamber member's space! We will choose a different venue each month based off what the topic is and availability.

How do you pick a topic and speaker for each event?
We have a Young Professionals Steering Committee that meets multiple times a year to generate ideas for speakers and topics for the upcoming Young Professionals events! If you're interested in speaking or would like to suggest a certain topic, contact us now!
