ASSISTED LIVING
Assisted Living is a special combination of housing, supportive services, personalized assistance, and health care. This combination offers individuals an opportunity to maintain their independence, and quality of life, as they begin to require assistance with activities of daily living and personal health care. Assisted Living services lead to higher life satisfaction and a greater feeling of autonomy, while enabling seniors to remain active in the community with dignity, safety, and hope in their later years.

Tenants live in their own homes in a friendly community environment. Their rights to privacy, choice, dignity, independence and individuality are emphasized, maintaining a strong quality of life. Patricia Court ElderShare offers five (5) private bedrooms in a family-like, caring environment with assisted living services. They provide the full spectrum of daily care and quality of live enhancements that lead to a dignified lifestyle. Patricia Court ElderShare gives seniors the opportunity to live in the community with dignity, safety, hope and fellowship. Each room is spacious and well maintained. Well-trained staff members are available 24 hours a day, and tailor their services to meet the unique needs of each individual person in their care.
Services included in the monthly rent:
- Medication monitoring & administration
- 24-hour on duty awake staff
- Supervising RN
- Weekly vital checks or as needed
- Three meals & snacks every day
- Transportation for professional appointments with prior arrangements & outings
- Daily cleaning & laundry services
- All utilities except private phone & long distance service
- Recreational & socialization activities
- Bathing, dressing & other personal care assistance
- Assistance with ambulation
Fees are determined by private pay, Elderly Waiver, Alternative Care Grant, CADI Waiver, and long-term-care insurance, according to individual policy guidelines.
CONGREGATE LIVING
Congregate Living is an independent lifestyle with a touch of community and service. Tenants live independently, but still have the option to join in community events, meals, and recreational activities. Congregate Living allows seniors to simplify their lives and increase their flexibility. They continue to be active and vibrant citizens, while living in a place that enables feelings of dignity, safety, and community fellowship.

Boulder Estates offers a variety of services for Congregate Living, allowing tenants to simplify their lives. Commons areas and daily activities provide an opportunity for leisure interests and companionship. Tenants furnish their own private apartments to give their homes a personal touch. Community, independence, socialization, and service are all a part of the Boulder Estates residential care community allowing the tenants to live life to the fullest.
