Crazy Days Registration 2026 – MDBA Member

By checking the box, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to all applicable regulations and guidelines stated in the Marshall Downtown Business Association (MDBA) Crazy Days Registration Form. I understand that if I should fail to comply with these specified guidelines, my participation in Crazy Days may be terminated.

I acknowledge, accept, and agree that the Marshall Downtown Business Association (MDBA) is providing space and/or facilities for me to set up a vendor or food area such as space and/or facility is being provided "AS IS."

I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation at Crazy Days.

I hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Marshall Downtown Business Association (MDBA) and Crazy days, their employees, officers, officials, and sponsoring agencies used to conduct the event from all liability, negligence, cause of action, claims, demands and damages and damages of every kind related to any and all injury, disability, death, loss or damage to person or property, including myself and my property, arising from my use of the Crazy Days space and/or facilities.

I understand while participating in this event, I may be photographed or filmed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the Marshall Downtown Business Association (MDBA), Crazy Days, the Crazy Days organizers, and their successors and/or assigns.

I have read this indemnification, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk agreement, fully understanding its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without inducement.
