The next monthly veterans coffee at the Lyon County Museum, 301 W Lyon St, Marshall is Tuesday, May 7 at 1:30 pm. The monthly coffee is open to all veterans.
Enjoy coffee, water, juice, and treats while visiting with fellow veterans in the ice cream shop at the museum.
This month, we will have a special guest. Deb Ahmann will present: “A Gold Star Family” at 2:00 PM. On June 19, 1969, Thomas Bradley from Minneota was killed in action while serving his country in Vietnam. Deb Ahmann, Tom’s sister, will share stories about her family and Tom’s life and service. Veterans are invited to bring their spouses and family members to the program.
