New Atlantic Hotel and Mercantile gains two new businesses set to open in Fall of 2023.
MARSHALL, MN – Knochenmus Enterprises, owner of the New Atlantic Hotel and Mercantile in downtown Marshall, announced today that it has two tenants that will fill the first floor of the Mercantile building on Main Street in Marshall. Echelon Wealth Partners and Wings Axe Company will be open for business in their new location later this year.

About: Wings Axe Company, Inc. will be offering the experience of the modern sport of axe throwing. This sport is building enormous popularity across the country. It involves a competitor throwing an axe at a target from around 12 feet away, attempting to hit a bullseye.
“Wings Axe will be a place where families, college students, and everyone can come for a fun evening of food and activity,” according to Jett Wing, owner. We will offer food and beverages to our customers either as part of their axe throwing outing or as a standalone dinner stop. We plan to serve pizzas, wings, and a variety of beverages. This will be both indoor and outdoor dining during the warmer months.”
Wings Axe will have nine lanes for axe throwing, with opportunities for leagues as well as corporate team-building outings. In addition to the axe throwing, there will be other games to enjoy for those who prefer a less physical form of entertainment.
Brian Knochenmus, Managing Partner of Knochenmus Enterprises, said that having Ameriprise and Wings Axe occupy space in the Mercantile building is an exciting step in the efforts to revitalize downtown Marshall. “We are pleased to announce that with these two new businesses, our building is full.
